A couple of months ago, a member of my family suffered an emergency which prompted us to go to their house. Upon entering, we were shocked to discover the state it was in. There was no way we could possibly have them go back into the home with the way it was. So, at first we tried to take care of the place ourselves, but quickly realized we were in over our heads. Not knowing what to do, we turned to the internet for help. A quick search of House Hoarding turned up Bio One as one of top rated, local clean up professionals. We figured we would have to call and leave a message and then just wait for whenever someone could respond. To our surprise, the phone call was answered on the second ring. The owner Kasey immediately listed to our plight and said ""Don't worry, we got you."" He asked for a few pictures of the home, the address and any other concerns we had, plus our over all goal for the cleanout. Within a few days we had a quote for the cleanout and a date scheduled. One our biggest concerns for this whole process was how public of a spectacle it would be. Picturing a whole crew rolling up to the house, in hazmat suits, big logos all over the vehicles and neighbors peeking out their blinds. We had the neighbors, but Bio One is the perfect picture of discretion. Their vehicle was a plain box truck, not advertisement in sight, and not a hazmat suit to be seen. The clean out process was seamless. Kasey and Dallon were machines. Yes, I know this is what they do for a living, but the way they quickly put together a cleanout plan and executed it. It was incredibly impressive. They started with anything that was obviously trash, making it easier to get to the items that were important for saving or of sentimental value. They picked through everything looking for anything we asked for. Anything they even remotely thought could be useful or important was brought to us to yay or nay. They saved every key, coin, and remote control. Every item, even if it was getting thrown out, was treated with care. Once the home was emptied of the clutter, that was when the cleaning process began. They do a ""Deep Cleaning"" using special chemical that remove odor from paint, floors, furniture. They sanitize surfaces, and in general treat it (and this will sound odd) like a crime scene. It was amazing to walk in after chemical deep clean and have the home smell fresh and almost like new. The only thing that could improve is the dust removal and fine detail cleaning. I think my other family was expecting more of a detailed cleaning service, like a ""maid"" would do. The ""Deep Cleaning"" with the special chemicals is a necessary part of the service to bring the home back to livable, but maybe explaining that it isn't a detailed cleaning, but a chemical cleaning when quoting what is being done would benefit the client. Kasey and Dallon kept emphasizing to us how, their main goal in what they do, is to get the family member a safe, healthy home that they can return to, and be happy with. And I can say, wholeheartedly that they have achieved that goal with my family member's house. There is no way that we could have done with without them. Thank you Bio One, Kasey & Dallon. You saved us!

I didn't even know a company like this existed. We needed help with a hoarding/hazmat situation and didn't know where to turn to. Found BioOne and in 2 days they had the whole house under control and cleaned out! They did everything from bringing a dumpster to decluttering to sterilization and disposal. The house was back to a manageable state in a couple days. Dallin was like a godsend in his ability to take control and get on top of everything, quickly and professionally! They bring all the equipment also for doing cleanup, even super cleaners for pet urine problems and other horrible smells. So glad we found them for the task we had to overtake of our relatives home. When you are confused as to where to start if you know someone that needs help in getting their house cleaned out and cleaned up, I would call these guys! This is the best thing you can do for a bad dirty "hoarding" situation, to get your friend/relative back to square one.
